Frequently asked questions
Does the 5-Stage filter work with Zero Water pitchers?
Yes. The Wamery 5-Stage filter is compatible with Zero Water ZR-017 pitchers and dispensers. It reduces TDS to 0 and filters PFOA, PFOS, chlorine, and more. NSF certified.
How long do the Wamery alkaline filters last?
Each filter lasts approximately 2–3 months depending on water quality and usage. We recommend replacing them every 60–90 days to maintain optimal alkaline pH levels and filtration performance.
Are Wamery filters NSF/ANSI certified?
Yes. Wamery filters are NSF/ANSI certified and independently tested by QFT Laboratories, ensuring safety, contaminant reduction, and reliable performance. All products are also 100% BPA-Free certified.
What's the difference between Wamery's alkaline filters vs. regular filters?
Regular filters remove contaminants but don't affect pH. Wamery alkaline filters do both — they filter chlorine, PFOA, PFOS and other contaminants AND increase water pH up to 9, delivering cleaner, more refreshing water with every sip.
Is the installation process easy? Do I need tools?
No tools needed. Wamery filters use a simple twist-in design — compatible with Brita pitchers and select refrigerator models like Samsung (DA29-00020B). Installation takes under a minute.
Will this filter work with my refrigerator model?
The Wamery Samsung DA29-00020B filter is specifically designed for compatible Samsung refrigerator models. Check your current filter model number — if it matches DA29-00020B, it's a direct replacement.
